Hunter's Story

Hunter comes to System 1-2-3 with 3 years of experience and will soon complete her master’s degree in Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. She has quickly moved up in the service sector from direct support to behavior specialist to behavior analyst intern. In addition to her behavior analytic skills, Hunter brings a calming presence, a relationship focus, and great ideas to the settings she supports.

Hunter grew up in a close-knit family with her parents and 2 sisters, Harlie and Hope. She currently resides with her boyfriend Brett.

I am at the racetrack! Brett and I go to dirt tracks around the area, and I watch him race!

Hunter’s Professional Success Story

My proudest professional moment would have to be when I was working with an individual out in the community at a food bank, I was able to have him completing more activities than he has ever done with anyone. His behavior specialist/mom came out to observe us one day and were blown away at everything he was doing. She had said to me, “I had no idea he was capable of doing this stuff and thanked me for always believing that he could do more and that he was ABLE!”

"Hunter is always smiling and happy to be at work. She is calm, caring and patient when working with children and staff. "
